Research and Development: the “Labs” of Adaptime. The researchers and engineers of the “Software Lab” of Adaptime are talented and creative. They carry out and control the architecture of all the Adaptime solutions. Their expertise extends from Information Technologies to Communication Technologies. The engineers of the “Lab Process” are specialists of industrial processes. They deploy business solutions by using the Adaptime solutions resulting from the “Software Lab”, such as the adaptive platform of Adaptime. Process Lab engineers are specialists in the engineering of the business and industrial processes (CRM, ERP, Collaborative and Manufacturing applications). They implement the solutions adapted to the needs for the companies. Their motive: TO ADAPT.

The researchers and engineers of the both labs are supported by a powerful team of development and testing engineers based in Chennai (India). Each new version of a Adaptime application passes thus by a rigorous process of tests (CMM), before the product hits the market. The motive of these teams: TO ENSURE.

Customer service Large and small projects are implemented by our customer service team and ensures the success of all type of projects. The consultants of Adaptime can carry out missions from migration of application to specific deployments. They are specialized in the systems integration, the data migration and deployment. The engineers and technicians perform the technical support and remote or on-site maintenance through the hot line for the TICBOX product. History In 2004, Adaptime patents the first Adaptive Business Platform which adapts to the business processes of the company. In 2006, Adaptime further pushes the concept of CONVERGENCE while making converge Communication and Information technologies (CRM, ERP, Collaboration, Telephony IP, Email, Fax) in a single server!
